His collections have graced international catwalks and exhibitions including CPD international exhibition in Dusseldorf, PPP Atmosphere in Paris, Bread & Butter in Barcelona and Amazon Fashion Week in Tokyo. Since 2021 he has served as an active member in the European project “The Mednew”, representing Greece with his k7 Konstantinos Tsigaros collection.

His collaborations include, among others, important events and institutions such as: Eurovision 1992 (Malmö, Sweden, as the first Greek fashion designer for the Greek delegation), Premier Vision (Paris 1995 – 2007), Biennale (Thessaloniki 2003), National Theatre of Northern Greece (costumes for several productions), “European Cultural Capital” (Thessaloniki 1997), State Film Quality Awards (Awards Ceremony 2001), Urban Transport Organization, etc. He has also participated in numerous charity events in Greece and abroad.

From 2005 until 2009 he served as a special fashion consultant for ELKEDE (Greek Clothing Research and Technology Center).
