Vassilis Zoulias

At the early age of 16, Vassilis Zoulias did his first professional photoshoot, after which he started working as a successful fashion editor for various magazines, including Vogue Greece, for 20 years. In 2003, he launched Vassilis Zoulias Old Athens, his first boutique with shoes and accessories, creating an impact on the Greek market.

Since 2008, he has consistently presented two to three runway shows per year- for his Prêt-à-Porter, Demi-couture and Bridal collections. Alison Brie wore the now-legendary skirted jumpsuit at the 2018 Golden Globes ceremony, dedicated to the #MeToo movement, and was placed first on most of the best-dressed lists for the event. Mindy Kaling at the Met Gala, Natasha Lyonne at the Emmys, Laura Dern, Gwen Stefani, Robin Givens, in addition to Tina Fey and Ariana Rockefeller are among the women who have selected Zoulias’ designs for their formal appearances. In December 2021, Patricia Field, the internationally acclaimed “Sex and the City” stylist, picked out five signature Vassilis Zoulias looks for Lilly Collins, which were featured in Season 2 of “Emily in Paris” on Netflix. The brand gained worldwide recognition overnight. In the spring of 2023, Kim Cattrall will appear in the new Netflix series “Glamorous” wearing Maison Zoulias creations. October 2022 is a landmark, as the designer launched his first Maison Zoulias flagship store in Athens, hosting his Prêt-àPortercollection.
